Refund and Returns Policy

At Pro Smart Spare Parts, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@prosmartspareparts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at service@prosmartspareparts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive the item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method and you can place a new order for the desired item.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
